一年之計在於春，一日之計在於晨

跳耀之心-Dancing with Heart
在一個早晨、我走向畫佈前、望著那空白的畫佈、這感受好似我每一個早晨、當我睡醒時、重新面對每一天的開始。 我們每個人的每一天都是一個新的開始、如同這畫佈在我的面前、它是空白的、等待我們去填滿這天的精彩。 每當我不知道要如何下筆時、我總是隨著當下的感動從中心點開始畫下一天的開始、這一筆開啟了我整幅畫作的起頭（在中心點）。在這裡、也是結束的中心點。 我用畫刀畫下第一筆在中心點、接下來奇妙的事就展開了、那就是頌之藝的故事、頌之藝：讓稱頌的藝術喚醒你獨特的故事。 我的左右手各拿著畫刀、每一次的下筆都是如此的有力量、每一個筆觸都在跳舞旋轉下畫下那故事的開始、直到最後的收筆在畫作的中心點結束、完成。 我們每一天的生活就如同這幅頌之藝的跳耀之心、從開始到結束都在中心點完成「獨特的你」、這個「獨特的你」就是ㄧ隻璀璨的孔雀(中心點）、帶著跳耀的心、展開每一天的生活、完成每一天的任務。你、就是這隻孔雀開屏、在每一天的開始展開你的翅膀、伴隨著跳耀之心、喜樂的完成每一個時刻的精彩。讓你的膀翼如同這隻孔雀不斷的綻放出精彩的故事。

與心共舞——跳舞女孩的故事

她與自己的心一同起舞，

為了她所相信的真理。

她來了——

巴黎，那份美，

走向世界各地。

用看不見的雙手，

觸動人心。

從未離開，

從未離開。

真理啊，你就在這裡。

無論她走到哪裡，

黑暗被驅散，

留下的，只有光。

生命、喜樂、真理，

通往內心的那扇門，

不斷延續，

一直向前。

My creative style and interpretation of the language in my paintings: Through the use of color and form in my paintings, I aim to help people for the emotional healing, alleviate stress, and improve their mental health.

The expression of the themes in my paintings: Truth in art, art as healing, art as inspiration, inner healing, art creation, art therapy, art and life, mindfulness and stress reduction, inner journey, story exploration, energy philosophy, art philosophy, art psychology, drawing and image therapy, visual psychology, visual therapy, color therapy, image therapy, visualization exercises, and painting therapy.

My paintings are a form of visual psychology therapy: By combining visual imagery with psychology, this healing method can help people regulate their emotions and reduce psychological stress through visual stimulation, creating a sense of comfort and relaxation.
